HOW OFTEN DO NEW PRODUCTS GET RELEASED?
We are releasing new designs and styles regularly, every other week. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on our social media pages to get all the latest updates and much more.

DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
Of course not, you can place an order without signing up, but there are benefits to having an account, such as a quicker check-out. You can also easily view your order status and history, as well as gain access to all the special deals and new releases ahead of time.

WHAT IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?
On the login page, click “Forgot your password?” and you’ll be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and all other major credit cards through PayPal, we plan on implementing more payment processing options in the future. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS WITH PAYPAL? HOW DOES IT WORK?
PayPal provides some of the most secure options to easily make payments online. When you are in the process of finalizing your order check-out, you will be re-directed to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill in the correct information for a fast and hassle-free payment processing. PayPal also allows you to make payments without having to create an account. Its fast, easy and secure.

WHAT ABOUT EXCHANGE RATES?
The currency we use for all our transactions is the US Dollar. If your credit card is in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate, at the date when your card issuer processes the transaction.

HOW SECURE ARE MY PAYMENTS?
All of your payments are made through a secure PayPal window upon order completion. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
We process our orders on Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-4 business days from the order date and shipped right after. We do not ship on weekends.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Absolutely. Our shipping services currently operate in over 200 countries worldwide. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to due to infrastructure difficulties. If you happen to be located in any of these countries, we will contact you.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Shipping time varies by location, as well as by choosing standard or expedited shipping. Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order. 

Standard shipping duration:

  • USA - 10-30 days with tracking
  • 30+ - 2-4 weeks with tracking
  • REST OF THE WORLD - 3-6 weeks and tracking varies on the location

30+ countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom etc.

Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department of your country. We are also not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or duties once the items have been shipped. It is the shopper's responsibility to know the Customs Duties and Laws of Taxation in their country of residence.

CAN I HAVE FREE SHIPPING?
We provide worldwide free shipping with tracking (applicable to most countries) for all of our products.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
When purchasing our products you will get a tracking number as soon as it becomes available for your order, within 7 days from the date of purchase at most in order to ensure the tracking number works and shows information. Some countries are not eligible for tracking, in which case, we will contact you.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We reserve our right to accept or decline any order, in our sole discretion, even after the customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit through the original method of payment.

Any cancellation made will be subject to a cancellation fee of $0.50 regardless of the time the order has been placed because the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.

If you wish to change an order, be sure to contact us as soon as possible, within the first 24 hours of your purchase. 

Any orders that have already been packed and shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if a return is necessary.

All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.

WILL SHIPPING BE COVERED FOR MY RETURNS?
All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW LONG IS THE RETURN PROCESS?
Processing your return might take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return request. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?
Any claims for defective/incorrect/damaged items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit (doesn't happen often with tracking codes), all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If any claims are deemed errors on our part, we will be happy to cover it at our expense.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days from receiving the receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
